Effective date: October 29, 2026
Caprock Foundation Repair is a referral service run by MindRev Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). We don’t inspect, quote or repair foundations. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit caprockfoundationrepair.com, call (806) 451-1989, email us or send the request form, and what we do with it.
The short version
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What are we? | A referral service. We connect Lubbock-area homeowners with independent foundation repair companies. |
| How can you reach us? | Phone, email or the request form on our homepage. |
| Are calls recorded? | Yes. The greeting says so before you’re connected. Answered calls and voicemails are recorded. |
| Do we track visitors? | No analytics, no advertising pixels and no visitor cookies. |
| Do we sell your data? | No, never. |
Who you’re dealing with
When you contact us, you’re talking to a referral service, not a contractor or an engineering firm. We learn what’s going on with your house and pass your request to one independent foundation repair company that works in your part of the South Plains, such as Lubbock, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Slaton or Idalou. That company does any inspection, gives you its own estimate and, if you hire it, signs its own contract with you. Contacting us never obligates you to hire anyone.
Foundation repair companies may pay us for referrals, for example a fee per lead or per completed job. Because they pay us, and because we don’t review every foundation company in the area, we suggest getting more than one estimate before you decide.
Phone calls
Calls to (806) 451-1989 are handled by Twilio. Before you’re connected, a short recorded greeting says that we’re an independent referral service and that the call may be recorded. After that:
- If the call is answered, the conversation is recorded from the moment it’s picked up.
- If no one picks up, you can leave a voicemail. Twilio records it and makes an automatic written transcript.
- Either way, Twilio logs your phone number, any caller ID name, and when the call happened and how long it lasted.
We get an email alert for each call. It has either a short call log or the voicemail transcript with the recording attached.
We use recordings to understand your request, send it to the right company, confirm that a referral happened and settle any disagreement later. If you’d rather not be recorded, hang up before the call connects, then email info@caprockfoundationrepair.com or use the request form instead.
Email and the request form
If you email info@caprockfoundationrepair.com, we receive whatever you include, which is usually your name, how to reach you and what you’re seeing at your house.
If you use the request form on our homepage, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of repair you pick from the list and anything you type in the notes box. We also keep a record that you checked the consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you and the time you sent the form. The website doesn’t store your request. It’s emailed to info@caprockfoundationrepair.com, which forwards it to our Gmail inbox, and from there we treat it like any other email.
To stop abuse, the site briefly stores a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address so it can count repeat submissions. That entry expires after 10 minutes and isn’t kept with your request.
Cookies and tracking
Our public pages set no cookies for visitors and load no third-party scripts: no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Facebook or Meta pixel and no heatmap or session-replay tools. Our fonts are served from our own server.
A few things still happen behind the scenes:
- Our web host, Hostinger, keeps routine server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) and runs the content delivery network in front of the site. Those logs are used to deliver pages and block attacks.
- WordPress and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin set cookies only when a site administrator signs in.
- We may use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google Search. It uses Google’s own search data and adds nothing to our pages.
If we ever add a new tool that changes any of this, we’ll update this section before it goes live.
Who receives your information
- One foundation repair company. The independent company we refer you to gets your name, phone number, email address, location and notes, and possibly the voicemail or call recording if it helps them follow up. After that, it handles your information under its own policies.
- Our service providers. Twilio carries, records and transcribes calls. Hostinger hosts the website, delivers form submissions and runs our email. Google’s Gmail receives call alerts, form copies and forwarded email. Each one uses your information only to provide its service to us.
- Legal and safety needs. We’ll share information when the law or valid legal process requires it, or when we need to protect someone’s safety, protect our legal rights or prevent fraud.
- A new owner. If this site or MindRev Media is sold, your information would transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply to it.
We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, route your request to a foundation repair company, keep records of referrals and any fees, protect the phone line and website from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don’t send text messages from our number, and we don’t make robocalls or autodialed marketing calls.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it. Recordings, voicemails, transcripts, call logs, form submissions and emails, including the copies in our email alerts, are kept while we need them to reply to you, route your request, keep referral records, and run and protect the service, or for as long as the law requires. Then we delete them.
Hostinger’s server logs follow Hostinger’s own retention schedule. The foundation company we refer you to keeps the details we send it under its own rules.
Your choices
Email info@caprockfoundationrepair.com and include the phone number you called from or entered on the form. You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop referring you to foundation repair companies.
We’ll verify that the request is yours and respond within 45 days. If we already passed your request to a company, we’ll tell you which one.
We give these choices to everyone, whether or not a state privacy law, such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, applies to us. If you disagree with how we handled your request, reply to our answer and we’ll review it again.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Only the people who run this service can get into our phone and email accounts, and we use established providers. Still, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This service is for adult homeowners. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it.
Other websites
Our pages link to outside sources, such as USDA soil descriptions, the Texas Legislature, the City of Lubbock’s code and published cost guides. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
