Effective date: October 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of caprockfoundationrepair.com and the phone line (806) 451-1989, both run by MindRev Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the name Caprock Foundation Repair. By using the site or calling the line, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What we do, and what we don’t
Caprock Foundation Repair connects homeowners in Lubbock and nearby South Plains towns with independent foundation repair companies. We are not a foundation repair contractor, an engineering firm or an inspector. We don’t inspect, quote, level or repair foundations, and we don’t do any work at your property.
A referral works like this:
- You call us, email us or send the request form.
- We pass your request to one independent foundation repair company that works in your area.
- That company inspects your home and gives you its own estimate. If you hire it, your contract is directly with that company.
You never have to hire the company we refer you to.
How we’re paid: foundation repair companies may pay us for referrals, for example per lead or per completed job. We don’t review or rank every foundation company in the area.
Ways to reach us
You can reach us by phone at (806) 451-1989, by email at info@caprockfoundationrepair.com or through the request form on the homepage. The form is optional, and sending it isn’t a condition of buying anything.
Recorded calls
The greeting tells you the call may be recorded. Answered calls are recorded, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed automatically. Our Privacy Policy explains who can hear recordings and how long we keep them.
Information on this site is general
Cost ranges, soil descriptions, warning signs, permit notes and Texas licensing information on this site are general information drawn from the sources we cite. They aren’t engineering, structural, legal, insurance or tax advice, and they aren’t an inspection or a quote. Prices and local rules change. Check with the City of Lubbock or your own town, a qualified professional and the company you’re considering before you decide anything.
Check the company before you sign
It’s your responsibility to confirm these things before you hire anyone:
- Insurance and registration: proof of liability insurance, and any registration your city requires (for example, City of Lubbock contractor registration). Texas has no state license for foundation repair companies, so ask.
- Permits: whether your city requires a permit and inspection, and who will get the permit.
- Engineering: whether a Texas-licensed professional engineer will review or design the repair, if that matters to you.
- The paperwork: the full price, number and type of piers or supports, deposit, schedule and warranty terms, all in writing.
The company is responsible for its work
Every company we refer you to is independent. It isn’t our employee, agent or partner, and we don’t control how it works. We don’t promise anything about any company’s quality, safety, price, timing, warranty or availability, or that a company will contact you. Your contract, and any dispute about the inspection, estimate or repair, is between you and that company.
Diagrams and images
The house image at the top of our homepage is an illustration, and the drawings on this site are diagrams made to explain ideas that aren’t to scale. Unless a caption says otherwise, no image on this site shows a real customer, a real project or any particular company’s work.
Using the site properly
Please don’t send us false information or someone else’s details, try to disrupt or break into the site, scrape it with bots, or use it for anything unlawful. Referral requests are for adults 18 and older.
Our content
The site’s writing, design and graphics belong to MindRev Media or its licensors. You’re welcome to read the pages and share links for personal use. Copying or republishing our content requires our written permission.
Outside websites
We link to outside sources, such as USDA soil descriptions, the Texas Legislature, the City of Lubbock’s code and published cost guides. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for what they say.
No warranties
The site and the referral service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MindRev Media and its owners, staff and contractors aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes any harm caused by a foundation repair company or its work, and any decision you make based on our content. If we’re held liable anyway, our total liability for all claims combined is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms causes us a loss, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, where the law allows.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we both agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we’ll change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
